Cravaggio beheads Caravaggio…

Caravaggio, the child, the innocent, beheads Caravaggio the man, the fugitive, the always-on-the-run, audacious, fearless assasin…
Caravaggio offers himself after the murder, the killing of every man.
His face never, ever, appears in the bodies of heros, but in the vilains, the despicable ones. Is the price he pays for being too human, too conscientious. The price payed for being, not more, nor less, a man of his time.
